Who we are

Maricopa Probate Solutions is the estate property resolution practice of Luke Getz, a licensed Arizona real estate professional serving Maricopa County. You can reach us at (480) 568-1010 or through the contact form.

Information we collect

• Information you submit. Name, email address, phone number, property address, city, your role in the estate, probate stage, occupancy and contents status, firm or referring professional details, urgency and any notes you write.
• Referral information. When an attorney or other professional refers a matter, we receive the client or personal representative's name and contact details from that professional, who confirms they are authorized to share it.
• Technical and campaign information. The page you submitted from, the referring website, and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content). We also store a one-way hashed value derived from your IP address solely to limit abusive form submissions.
• Analytics. If analytics or advertising tags are active, they may set cookies and record page views and form events. You can block these with your browser settings or an ad blocker.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the information you requested.
• To coordinate property services you ask us to arrange.
• To send follow-up communications about your property matter.
• To measure which pages and campaigns generate inquiries.
• To detect spam and protect the website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages based on a pre-checked box. Text messaging is optional and only occurs if you opt in; reply STOP at any time to end it.

Who we share it with

• Follow Up Boss, our customer relationship management system, which stores your inquiry so we can respond and track it.
• Our website and email infrastructure providers, which host the site database and deliver internal notification emails.
• Vendors you authorize — for example a cleanout company, contractor or title company — and only to the extent needed to complete work you approved.
• Your attorney, when you or the attorney asks us to coordinate.
• When required by law, court order or to protect legal rights.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy Arizona real estate recordkeeping requirements, then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information.
• Opt out of email or text follow-up at any time.

Make any of these requests by calling (480) 568-1010 or using the contact form. Deletion requests are honored except where records must be retained by law.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
