Maricopa Probate Solutions coordinates the property side of an estate. We do not:

All work is arranged at the direction of the authorized estate representative. Vendors are independent businesses, not employees of Maricopa Probate Solutions, and the estate representative approves scope and cost before any engagement.

Real estate brokerage services are provided by Luke Getz, a licensed Arizona real estate professional, through his affiliated brokerage. Any listing or representation relationship begins only when a written agreement is signed.
